"Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:13"
One of the hardest parts about putting on the whole armour of God is trusting His plans for my life and His timing. I have faced many different seasons in life where I expected many miracles to arrive sooner than later. The fact of the matter is His timing never aligns with mine. Typically when something is placed on hold in my life that means there is something greater arriving. For the past several months He has taught me to lean on His understanding. Now more than ever I am grasping a deeper understanding of how God sees me. Through His faithfulness I am able to see I am worthy, regardless of societies unrealistic expectations.Throughout the process of me transitioning from school to home, I spent time putting hope in resources rather than the Source. The truth is, the Lord knows our desires and will allow everything to fall in place on His time. There is a time to be still and a time to move. The Lord makes big moves in silence. When life is not going as planned, don't be discouraged, take it as a blessing in disguise. He is performing a greater work behind the scenes. Wait on the Lord because He will answer your prayers. Wait on the Lord because He knows the desires of your heart and will fulfill them. Embrace the wait.
