Lets Flourish Together.

Everyday comes with new challenges and expectations. We constantly face challenges that help us develop and grow to who we are meant to be. Andi Andrews puts it like this "We are meant to flourish not survive" Survival correlates with existing while flourish uses every disadvantage for the greater good. It is too easy to get into the mindset that we have to guard our hearts and minds when the unpredictabilities of life drive our stress levels through the roof. The good news is, it does not have to be this way. Challenges push us to our limit, but it is in our weakness when we need God's everlasting strength. "Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong~ 2 Corinthians 2: 9-11."

We all have our personal strengths and weaknesses, I truly believe in our weakness we are reminded to surrender everything to the cross. Easier said than done, but giving it all to Christ is a personal reminder that I don't have to go through this life alone. It is through my weakness I am reminded how much I need to rely on Him. My weakness serves a purpose in keeping me humble, it reminds me that I will always need to turn to God for everything. I can admit, I get too ahead of myself and try to speed up the process God has destined for my life but it's through the process I learn to surrender it all to Him. Together, lets invite God into every area of our life that entangles us.
