Good Afternoon! I just want to spread encouragement, I like to start off my day with meditation. My form of meditation is speaking positivity over my life and acknowledging that a negative situation can always be turned into something positive depending on your perspective. I tend to have a poor habit of checking my phone soon as I wake up and allow emails, texts and facebook dictate the rest of my day. I am in a season where I like to exercise my gratitude muscles because I easily get caught up forgetting what I been given. I like to continue my day with soul care. Now that I am out of school I have more time on my hands to take time out for my mental health. I tend to read books and write on my spare time because it is a form a self care for me. I challenge you to put away the electronics, social media or whatever distraction it may be that does not add to your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual well-being. Search within to take time out for mental care, invest time for your loved ones, and most of all take time out for yourself.
